Predoctoral Clinical Psychology Intern

Britt Burliss is a Clinical Psychology Predoctoral Intern originally from a suburb of Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University in Montréal, Québec, in 2022 and her Master’s in Professional Psychology from William James College in Newton, Massachusetts, in 2024. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology at William James College, with an anticipated graduation date of 2027. Since 2022, Britt has gained clinical experience across elementary school, community mental health, and partial hospitalization settings through her practicum and advanced practicum training. Most recently, she worked as a program therapist at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts, where she provided individual and group therapy to individuals with a range of clinical presentations. Britt describes her therapeutic approach as evidence- and skills-based, goal-informed, and grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is a priority. In her free time, Britt enjoys Pilates, spending time with her dogs, and connecting with family and friends.
