Paula Breen is originally from Savannah, NY, which is just an hour outside of Syracuse. She moved to Florida in 1997. After attending college at Florida Atlantic University, she received a bachelor’s degree in sociology. She is also a Certified Behavior Health Technician by the State of Florida. Paula counseled at a shelter for at-risk youth for eight years, has 10 years of experience in various administrative positions, and was a member of Big Brothers & Big Sisters for five years. She met Dr. Rubin while working at College Living Experience.
