New Directions for Young Adults, or NDFYA, is a transitional independent living program that helps young adults get on the road to a healthy independent life. We are dedicated to helping young adults achieve their short and long-term life goals. With the help of New Directions, many young adults who previously failed to thrive are achieving independence for the first time in their lives.
