I just wanted to let you know how amazing you have been. New Directions has been a lifesaver for us. My son was non-functional for over 4 years, we tried but had no idea how to help him. You have really worked miracles with him. Everyone has been great, easy to contact, and helpful. You really seem to understand him and like him, which makes me feel very good about him being there.
