Caleigh is a south Florida native, graduated from FAU with a bachelor’s in psychology and certificate in applied mental health. Caleigh also spent two years as a research assistant at FAU, focusing on mindfulness cognitive behavioral therapy. She is continuing her education and will be starting her master’s in clinical counseling at FAU. Caleigh has a passion for helping others achieve their own goals and increasing accessibility for all. Outside of New Directions Caleigh enjoys reading and attending live music events with their partner.
