• An admissions representative will also contact you within 24 business hours to assist you with scheduling a program tour.
• You will also receive (within 24 hours) a link to “Ping MD” in your email. This will allow you to complete the remainder of our online application.
• For clients who cannot attend an in-person tour (possibly clients who may still be in their previous treatment environments; i.e., a wilderness program or other setting), a telephone/video conference can be scheduled. Upon request, telephone appointments are also scheduled with current and/or previous therapists.

*Please note that our application is several pages and can comfortably be completed at your leisure before you attend your program tour. This information is often helpful for our professional staff in working to customize the individual service plan (ISP). Please note that all information in the electronic database is kept confidential.
